The jewelry insurance company Gemshield will insure your jewelry if you provide your receipt with a photo and item description, as long as the purchase was within 18 months. If it's been over 18 months, you'll need a written appraisal. Our GIA Graduate Gemologists can assist you with a written appraisal.
